How delivery works for sellers
Find buyers all over Russia and send the goods for delivery at Boxberry branches to sell quickly and without risk.
Step 1
As soon as the buyer selects and pays for your product, you will receive a payment notification and an electronic invoice number (you will need the number when sending the product to the recipient's city).
Step 2
Calculate the shipping cost using the calculator on the Boxberry website or in the mobile application.
Step 3
Bring the goods to a Boxberry branch that accepts shipments from individuals. You need to have your passport with you.
How to find the right branch?
- Using the map on the Boxberry website. Use the "Send a package" filter. Only the branches where you can send packages will remain on the map
- Using the Boxberry mobile application . Simply select the "Branches" tab and use the "Parcel Sending" filter.
Step 4
Hand the packed parcel to the branch operator and provide the electronic waybill number. You can use your own packaging or get branded packaging at a Boxberry branch completely free of charge.
Step 5
Track your departure route in the mobile app or in your personal account. As soon as the package is delivered to the recipient, you will receive an SMS notification about it.
How delivery works for the buyer
- Choose a product on the platform «Avitok».
- Place your order and select a pickup location.
- Pay for the order. The payment amount is blocked for the duration of the transaction.
- Track the parcel's path in your personal account or in the Boxberry mobile app. As soon as the package is delivered to your city, you will receive a notification about it.
- When you receive the package, check its contents. If you are not satisfied with the product, it can be sent back to the seller immediately.
How to pick up a parcel at a Boxberry branch
- To pick up your order, you need to have your passport with you.
- You can check your order at the Boxberry branch within 15 minutes.
- Carefully inspect the product and packaging. If you notice any damage or you are not satisfied with the product, you can cancel the order.
- If you are not ready to accept the goods, please approach a service employee: they will help you fill out a refusal form.
- Please remember that when you pick up your shipment, the Boxberry pick-up point staff does not check the functionality of the goods, does not connect the goods to the power grid, and does not advise on the technical properties and principles of operation of the goods.
