- weapons, ammunition for them, military equipment, spare parts, components and instruments for them; firearms and cold weapons, including hunting weapons (including hunting knives), air guns, airsoft guns, paintball guns and others, as well as components for them, copies of collectible weapons, knives (excluding kitchen knives, pocket knives, stationery knives);
- explosives, explosive waste, detonators;
- toxic substances, means of protection against them, and technical regulations for their production and use;
- all types of rocket fuel, special materials and equipment for their production, special equipment for personnel of militarized organizations, and regulatory and technical products for their production and operation;
- X-ray equipment, radioactive substances, radioactive waste, instruments and equipment using radioactive substances and isotopes, uranium and other fissile materials and products made from them;
- the results of research and development work, as well as fundamental exploratory research on the creation of weapons and military equipment, cryptographic technology, and regulatory and technical documentation for their production and use;
- narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, their precursors, mind-altering and psychotropic substances, poisons;
- pornographic materials; services and/or work of an intimate/erotic/sexual nature;
- counterfeit goods and stolen property;
- materials that violate the right to privacy, infringe upon the honour, dignity, and business reputation of citizens and legal entities; materials containing state, banking, or commercial secrets;
- goods subject to mandatory certification without certificates
- services/goods, in cases where such activities are subject to licensing (special permits are required to engage in certain activities), in the absence of a license (special permit);
- counterfeit banknotes;
- foreign currency and other foreign exchange assets, coins and banknotes of the Cameroon in circulation (excluding their purchase and sale for numismatic purposes).
- state awards of the Cameroon, personal documents, as well as the forms for these documents;
- shares and other securities;
- valid or effective government identity documents, badges, passes, permits, certificates, and licenses; travel documents, and other documents granting rights or exempting from rights/obligations;
- ready-made diploma papers and coursework, diplomas, certificates, and other documents confirming education, training, and skills
- medicinal products, medicinal herbs, bioactive supplements, including sports nutrition, isotonic drinks, weight loss products, vitamins, Botox preparations, medical devices requiring special training for use; medical equipment; medicinal raw materials obtained from reindeer herding (antlers and endocrine raw materials).
- ethyl alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco, smoking mixtures, hookahs, electronic cigarettes and their consumables;
- human organs and tissues, donor services (I'll donate/buy blood/sperm, etc.);
- surrogate mother services (search and offer);
- precious metals, waste containing precious and rare earth metals; walrus tusks, elephant and mammoth tusks, precious stones not in articles;
- animals and birds listed in the Cameroon Red Book and the Red Books of the constituent entities of the Cameroon, as well as animals and plants protected by international treaties of the Cameroon;
- fishing nets, electric fishing rods, traps, materials for their manufacture, as well as services for their manufacture;
- Extremist materials, materials calling for mass riots, terrorist activities, and extremist activities, for participation in mass public events, for inciting interethnic and interreligious hatred, and items with Nazi symbols.
- spam databases; databases containing confidential information (e.g., real estate databases, databases of email addresses, phone numbers, registration addresses, etc.);

- transcendental services aimed at causing harm (witchcraft, curses, love spells);
- other goods/services that contradict the current legislation of the Russian Federation and are considered by the current legislation of the Cameroon to be withdrawn from circulation or restricted in circulation;
- Advertisements containing calls for violence and illegal actions; prostitution; discrimination based on national, racial, religious, gender, or other characteristics; profanity; offensive statements, including racist and religious slurs; fraud and extortion are prohibited from being posted.
